Out of the seven sections of the LSD, five of them are technical, namely the French Section, the French Legal Section, the Bislama Section, the English Section and the Revision Section that also covers terminology.
There 5 sections are dealing with the technicality of translation, interpretation, revision and terminology. They use translation techniques which are also used in interpretation, revision and terminology.
